Monthly Online Functional Breathwork
A gentle, invitational online group session supporting nervous system regulation, awareness, and everyday wellbeing.
Join a trauma-aware Functional Breathwork group online once per month.
Move at your own pace, with no force or pressure

Practice in a safe, guided environment with choice and support
Each session is held online, making it accessible wherever you are.

Functional Breathwork — Destination Happiness
A gentle, awareness-based Functional Breathwork class held every second Wednesday at Destination Happiness, Newtown.
These sessions focus on exploring breathing techniques from a place of ease, helping you build a practical breath toolkit you can use in everyday life. All practices are guided slowly and invitationally, with an emphasis on nervous system support and body awareness.
