At The Guided Breath, sessions and community gatherings are offered to support nervous system health, emotional regulation, and embodied wellbeing.

Each event is crafted with care, meeting you exactly where you are, and offering a gentle pathway back to presence, softness, and inner connection.

Autumn Exhale

Join Nikki McGann & Lauren Tyrrell from Feng Shui Geelong as we create synergy in our homes & bodies with the natural rhythms of the metal season.

In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll take inspiration from the alchemical nature of metal to create a space to release what no longer needs to come with us into the quieter months ahead, and gently distil what feels meaningful to carry forward.

This workshop includes:

  • A 45-minute exploration of the metal element and how we can bring its principles into both our spaces and our lives, with Lauren.

  • A 45-minute gentle guided breathwork practice to support our collective and personal learnings from the first session, with Nikki.

Functional Breathwork — Destination Happiness

A gentle, awareness-based Functional Breathwork class held every second Wednesday at Destination Happiness, Newtown.

These sessions focus on exploring breathing techniques from a place of ease, helping you build a practical breath toolkit you can use in everyday life. All practices are guided slowly and invitationally, with an emphasis on nervous system support and body awareness.

Free Monthly Community Breathwork

Join me each month for a free community breathwork session — a simple space to pause, reconnect, and breathe together. These gentle, guided sessions focus on nervous system regulation, body awareness, and releasing everyday tension.

Open to everyone, whether you’re new to breathwork or already familiar with the practice. Come as you are and take time to slow down, settle your system, and reconnect with your breath in a supportive community setting.
