A Safe, Practical Approach

My work is grounded in Functional Breathwork — a gentle, practical method that supports nervous system regulation and everyday breathing patterns.

This approach is:

  • Safe and accessible for most individuals

  • Suitable for workplace environments

  • Focused on sustainable, real-world application

More active techniques (such as Conscious Connected Breath) are only introduced where appropriate and are not used in corporate settings.

Safety & Suitability

More active breathwork techniques may not be suitable if you have:

  • cardiovascular conditions or uncontrolled high blood pressure

  • severe respiratory conditions

  • a history of seizures

  • recent surgery or serious injury

  • pregnancy

  • severe mental health conditions

If any of these apply, Functional Breathwork remains a safe and effective option.
