Monthly Online Functional Breathwork (Group)
A gentle, nervous-system-led group session focused on awareness, regulation, and everyday support.
No force. No pressure. Always invitational.

Safety & facilitation
All group sessions are facilitated with clear communication, trauma awareness, and appropriate group ratios. Participants are always offered choice and the option to modify or rest.
