BREATHWORK
WHAT TO EXPECT IN A BREATHWORK SESSION?
Each Breathwork session is adapted to You: Whether online, in your space within the Geelong region or in the studio, each session meets you where you are.
Each session begins with a gentle conversation to explore your needs and intentions for the day. From there, we may weave together breath, movement, sound, touch, or guided awareness—always adapted to your comfort level. You’ll have choice in how you engage, including whether you sit, lie down, or stand. Touch, if included, is always consensual, light, and respectful.
In our sessions, we begin by gently orienting to what feels most supportive for you in the moment. Rather than assuming safety or grounding will always be available, we work with what is present—inviting breath at a pace that feels manageable. You’ll always have choice, clear guidance, and the space to pause, rest, or step back whenever needed.
During the session, you might notice subtle shifts such as warmth, tingling, emotions surfacing, or a sense of release. These responses can be part of your body’s natural way of unwinding, though they may unfold slowly and continue to integrate over time.
BioDynamic Breathwork (BBTRS®) draws on six elements—breath, touch, emotions, movement, sound, and meditation—to gently support release and integration. The practice may help reduce stress, encourage emotional expression, build resilience, bring clarity, and nurture a deeper sense of body awareness.
My approach is gentle and responsive. Rather than diving in all at once, we take things step by step—giving your body time to adjust and find its own rhythm. This means we move between moments of exploring and moments of pausing or resting, so you’re never overwhelmed. It’s about working at a pace that feels manageable, supportive, and right for you.
With a trauma-aware approach, I use simple explanations and gentle pacing so you feel resourced and supported at every step. You remain in control of your own process at all times.
Over time, you may notice shifts such as more ease in your body, improved emotional regulation, deeper self-connection, and a greater sense of freedom in your breath and life.
Explore a one-on-one BioDynamic Breathwork session—online or in-person in Geelong—that offers space for your body and breath to guide you toward release, balance, and reconnection.
