1:1 Breathwork (Online or In-Person)
1:1 Personalised Trauma‑Aware Breathwork Sessions
1:1 breathwork sessions offer personalised, trauma-aware support for nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and deeper connection with the body.
Sessions are available online or in person in Geelong and are always paced to meet you where you are.
What to expect
A brief intake conversation
Breathwork guided at a manageable pace
Optional sound, movement, or awareness
Choice around position, rest, or pausing
Each session is adapted to your needs on the day.
Approach
Rather than pushing for release, we work gently and responsively — allowing your body to guide the pace. Clear guidance, consent, and choice are central throughout.
If Conscious Connected Breath is not suitable for you, Functional Breathwork can still offer meaningful support in everyday life.
Benefits people often notice
Greater ease in the body
Improved emotional regulation
A calmer nervous system response
Deeper connection to breath and self
Safety & suitability
Sessions are trauma-aware and informed by clear contraindications. If conscious connected breath is not appropriate, functional breathwork may still be available.
If you’re unsure where to begin, a complimentary discovery call is a gentle first step.
1:1 Breathwork Offerings
-
A simple first step to connect
This complimentary call is an opportunity for us to connect and have a relaxed conversation about what’s bringing you here. We’ll talk through what you’re looking for — whether that’s individual sessions, group offerings, or workplace or studio-based breathwork — and I’ll share how I work and what you can expect.
It’s also a space to ask questions, explore options, and see if this approach feels like the right fit for you or your organisation.
There’s no preparation needed — just find a quiet moment and come as you are.
Whether you’re curious, exploring possibilities, or looking to collaborate, this conversation is simply a chance to connect and gain clarity on next steps.

A whole body approach to breathwork
The Seven Belts of Tension: Where the Body Holds Emotion
Wilhelm Reich, a student of Freud, made a fascinating discovery—when we suppress emotions, our bodies don’t just forget; they hold onto the tension. Over time, this builds up in distinct areas, creating an almost invisible suit of armour that shapes how we feel, move, and interact with the world.
He identified seven key areas, or “belts,” where this tension accumulates—similar to how the chakra system can become blocked.
At first, this armouring serves a purpose. It helps us cope with overwhelming emotions and creates a sense of safety. But if held for too long, it can become a habit, restricting our energy flow—like a dam blocking a river.
Often, we don’t even realise how much we’re holding in until we begin to release it. And when we do, it can bring a deep sense of relief, ease, and emotional freedom, helping us move through life with more flow and authenticity.
