NERVOUS SYSTEM SUPPORT

This is a gentle one-to-one session designed to support your body and breath in finding more ease. Together we’ll explore where your nervous system feels like it’s sitting right now—whether that’s wired and on alert, heavy and shut down, or somewhere in between. From there, we’ll use simple breath and body-based practices to gently invite more balance and steadiness.

You can think of it as a space to soften, to tune in, and to discover what helps you feel more supported in your day-to-day life.

What we’ll do together

  • Check-in & mapping: We’ll begin with a relaxed conversation and a few awareness practices—tuning into breath rate, body sensations, and energy levels—to get a sense of your starting place.

  • Gentle breath & body practices: Depending on what feels supportive, we may explore orienting to the room, soft movements, gentle stretches, humming, sighing, or longer exhales. Touch in the form of Myofascial Energetic Release may be used to ease tension and support breathing. These are simple practices designed to help your body settle and reconnect.

  • Integration: At the end, there’s space to notice what has shifted and what feels helpful to carry with you into the rest of your day.

This session may be supportive if you’re experiencing:

  • Overwhelm, burnout, or anxiety

  • Fatigue or difficulty resting

  • Trouble sleeping or winding down

  • Post-stress recovery

  • Or simply a desire to feel more grounded and steady

You may leave with:

  • A clearer sense of your nervous system patterns and signals

  • 1–3 simple practices you can use anytime

  • A greater sense of steadiness, ease, or connection with yourself

Practicalities
Sessions are 90 minutes, offered online or in-person in Geelong. We’ll mostly be seated or lying down. No prior experience is needed, and all bodies are welcome. Simply wear something comfortable.
