This eight-session journey provides the time and space to explore those patterns through the Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® (BBTRS®) using Conscious Connected Breathwork.

Each session builds on the last while honouring your own pace.

These muscular and fascial patterns often reflect how we've adapted to stress throughout life.

Working gently with the breath and body can support greater awareness, ease, resilience, and connection.
