Upcoming Workshops
Introduction to Breathwork
Curious about breathwork but not sure where to begin?
This introductory workshop is designed to help you understand what breathwork is, how it works, and how different breathing techniques can influence your body and nervous system.
Led by Nikki McGann, Breath Educator & Practitioner and founder of The Guided Breath, you’ll explore the science behind conscious breathing, learn about the different styles and approaches to breathwork, and discover practical techniques you can use in everyday life to help you feel calmer, more focused, more energised, or better able to respond to stress.
The workshop combines education with experience. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, learn how to choose a qualified breathwork practitioner, and gain a clearer understanding of how the breath can be used to support health and wellbeing.
The session concludes with a gentle 45-minute guided breathwork practice, giving you the opportunity to experience conscious breathing in a safe, supportive and trauma-aware environment.
Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or simply looking to deepen your understanding, you’ll leave with practical knowledge, simple breathing tools, and the confidence to continue exploring your own breath with greater awareness.
