Each class is trauma-aware, choice-led, and suitable for all experience levels.
You'll be guided through evidence-informed breathing practices designed to support nervous system regulation, improve breathing habits, reduce stress, and build a greater awareness of the connection between your breath, body, and mind.
No prior experience is necessary.

This class is designed to help you calm your nervous system, improve your breathing habits, and build greater awareness of how your breath influences the way you think, feel, and respond to stress.
Rather than an intense or cathartic experience, you'll learn practical breathing techniques that can support your wellbeing, focus, sleep, recovery, and emotional regulation long after you leave the studio.
Each session includes guided breathing practices, grounding, relaxation, and opportunities to explore optional breath holds and slightly more active breathing at a pace that feels right for you.

What Makes These Classes Different?
These classes focus on regulation rather than activation.
You'll learn practical, evidence-informed breathing techniques that you can apply beyond the studio—in daily life, at work, before sleep, during stressful moments, or whenever you need them most.
My approach combines breathing education with guided practice, helping you understand not only how to breathe differently, but why it makes a difference.
Every class is trauma-aware, choice-led, and designed to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore the breath at your own pace.
