I’m so excited to be offering my 4-part functional breathwork series at the beautiful @saltandwoodstudio in Ocean Grove.

Starts Monday 6th October

There was a time I thought I had to carry everything on my own.

When I began working with the breath, I realised I didn’t have to hold it all so tightly.

Once I started breathing more consciously, things slowly began to shift.
