What is Reiki?
Reiki is a hands-on energy healing technique that gently supports balance in mind, body, emotions, and spirit.
Rooted in the 100+-year-old Usui Shiki Ryoho system, it works subtly yet deeply.
What Happens in a Reiki Session?
You’ll lie fully clothed (or sit) while I place my hands on or close to your body in a calm sequence. Sessions typically last 30–60 minutes. Clients often report sensations of warmth, tingling, relaxation, clarity, or emotional release.
Reiki meets you where you are, supporting what is ready to move.
How Can Reiki Support You?
